CreditAssociates, an industry leading financial services company, is recruiting self-driven and career-minded individuals to make $50,000 - $60,000 in their first year as a Debt Resolution Advisor. At CreditAssociates, our Client Success Representatives are called Debt Resolution Advisors because they not only ensure client satisfaction, but also provide world-class customer experience.
You will be responsible for managing the relationship between our clients and our company, answering their questions, making changes to their program, and resolving their issues, with the ultimate goal to retain clients through their tough times and help them achieve graduation of our program and a debt-free life!

$42k to $45k base plus monthly bonus

Ensure client satisfaction while providing a world-class customer experienceCommunicate clearly and confidently with clients regarding financial, debt and credit-related questionsResolve client concerns by providing details about their program, answering their questions, and providing personal solutions with first call resolution in mindMeet call flow requirements, productivity metrics, KPI goals, and schedule adherenceMaintain client information utilizing business software systems, training, and toolsSupport and communicate with team members professionally and respectfullyProvide information, support, and counseling to clients in an upbeat professional mannerMotivate and retain clients to graduate from our program to achieve their goal of becoming debt freeCultivate and maintain client relationships to deescalate tension and emotionContribute to building a positive team cultureQualifications :

Experience in a fast-paced sales or customer service environment1+ year of call center experience helpful, not required.Bilingual (English / Spanish) a plus and receives additional compensationFinancial services related experience a plus, not required.Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer operations skills required. Experience using Salesforce and Vonage preferred.High school diploma or equivalent education required, Bachelor's degree a plus.Come Join Us!
