Mgr, Sales & Ops Planning
Overall Job Summary : This position is responsible for developing, owning, and driving the Integrated Business Planning strategy including the Sales and Operations Planning process and continuous improvement efforts, with the goal of balancing cost, service, and capacity across the supply chain to drive top-line and bottom-line performance. This includes driving a multi phased approach to deploy and evolve a digital twin of the Supply Chain. Leading a team of S&OP Analysts, this position will oversee the status of key supply chain metrics, proactive risk identification across various time horizons, scenario analysis to make intentional decisions, and the cross functional coordination to execute actions. This position will be the primary leader of weekly cross-functional S&OP meetings including preparation, facilitation, and follow up.
