The Front Desk Office Manager will oversee the daily operations of our front office, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities :
- Patient Relations : Greet and assist patients, manage appointments, and handle inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
Administrative Oversight :
Supervise front desk operations, including scheduling, billing, and record maintenance.Team Leadership :
Train and manage front office staff, promoting a collaborative and supportive work culture.Compliance and Reporting :
Ensure adherence to dental office policies and regulatory requirements, and prepare necessary reports.Qualifications :
Minimum of 2 years of experience in dental office management or a similar role.Proficiency in dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft).Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to lead a team and manage multiple tasks effectively.Pay :
