Paid days off for CPA exams. $1,500 bonus and $2,500 pay increase upon passing. Flexible schedule : Off-season : 37.5 hours / week minimum. Busy season (January–April 15) : Includes some weekends. Typically 50+ hours per week. Skills / Qualifications : CPA with 4+ years of public accounting tax experience. Proficiency in individual, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and multi-state returns. Strong tax research and Excel skills. Experience with ProSystems Engagement and Axcess (preferred). Master’s in Taxation or willingness to pursue (firm-sponsored). Duties : Prepare and review 1040, corporate, partnership, estate, trust, and multi-state tax returns. Provide mentorship and training to staff members. Deliver excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships.

- Competitive base salary $100,000-$150,000
- Bonuses :
- Discretionary performance bonuses.
- Tax season charge hour bonuses based on productivity and hours worked.
