Selectek is partnering with a company located near Columbus, Ohio to fill a Controls Engineer role on a direct hire basis. This client develops control systems for a variety of applications and is open to new graduates in this role.

Employment Type : Direct hire

Expected Salary Range : $70,000 - $80,000 annually, depending on experience and background

Location : Columbus, Ohio

Job Details : Design, develop and implement controls systems. Select components, develop control logic software and user interface applications. Develop schematics detailing control system configuration. Assist with initial start-up and debug integrated systems. Develop collaborative partnerships with clients and colleagues to ensure specifications are met.

Job Requirements :

0-3 years of experience working in automation and controls design

Knowledge of PLC programming utilizing ladder logic

Experience with AutoCAD will be used to design panels

Ideal candidates hold a Bachelor's Degree in an engineering field
