Job descriptionDevelop and implement recruitment strategies to attract qualified healthcare professionals. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, interviewing, and selection. Coordinate and conduct new employee orientation and training programs. Ensure compliance with mandatory training requirements and ongoing development opportunities. Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns. Mediate conflicts and facilitate communication between staff and management. Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems. Provide guidance to managers on employee performance issues and development plans. Ensure compliance with labor laws, healthcare regulations, and organizational policies. Develop and update HR policies and procedures as needed. Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases. Prepare HR reports and metrics for management review. Bachelors degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field; HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred. Minimum of 5 years of HR management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment. Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and healthcare regulations. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality. Proficient in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite. Paid time off and holidays.
