As a Human Resources Generalist, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our HR department, working closely with the Senior HR Generalist and reporting directly to the President & CEO. In this highly detailed and trusted role, you’ll help manage payroll, HR compliance, leave administration, and reporting initiatives — all while maintaining the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism.

You’ll make a meaningful impact by ensuring the accuracy of ADP payroll processing, assisting with tax filings and compliance reporting, and helping advance initiatives that strengthen our workplace operations.

As a HR Generalist you will contribute to our success by :

• Support HR compliance and policy management, including maintaining employee records, updating HR policies, and ensuring adherence to federal, state, and credit union regulations.
• Provide backup payroll support using ADP, ensuring timely and accurate processing and deductions.
• Assist with maintaining compliance with out of state payroll tax filings and tax reporting.
• Assist with regulatory filings and compliance reporting, including EEO-1, ACA, OSHA logs, Form 5500, and Form 990.
• Coordinate onboarding, offboarding, and leave administration, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with FMLA, ADA, and other employment laws.
• Support HR reporting, audits, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and readiness for internal and external reviews.
