Rental Foreman

As a Rental Foreman , you'll be a working leader-applying your electrical expertise while managing a Rental Technician. You'll ensure all rental equipment is operational, organized, and ready for deployment, while maintaining a safe and efficient facility.

• Lead and coordinate daily tasks for the Rental Team
• Oversee preparation, inspection, testing, and repair of rental and sales equipment
• Ensure timely shipping, receiving, and documentation of all rental and sale equipment
• Manage preventative maintenance schedules and quality assurance standards
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe warehouse, yard, and workspace.
• Coordinate staffing needs and workloads to meet customer deadlines
• Respond to after-hours calls as required
• Monitor and uphold safety procedures, facility standards, and team accountability

Equipment includes : Automatic and manual transfer switches, distribution panels, dry / padmount / substation transformers, cable, motor starters, breakers, splitters, and more across a range of voltages and amperage levels.
