Quality Control Manager

A company is looking for a Quality Control Manager / Reviewer.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee quality control and review of client deliverables including compliance reporting, consulting projects, and plan documentation

Ensure client-facing materials are clear, accurate, and enhance the client experience

Provide constructive feedback and mentor team members to improve work quality

Required Qualifications

Proven experience in retirement plan compliance, preferably in a TPA or consulting environment

Strong understanding of 401(k) plan operations, ERISA regulations, and IRS / DOL correction programs

Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail

Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop junior team members

Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and continuous improvement
