We Energies, a subsidiary of WEC Energy Group, is seeking a Project Controls Analyst in our Milwaukee, Wisconsin location. This position offers flexibility for a hybrid work arrangement (remote / on-site) with time spent in the Milwaukee office. This is a job family (Associate Project Controls Analyst, Project Controls Analyst, Senior Project Controls Analyst) where experience is the determining factor. Job Summary

Responsible for cost and / or schedule management of electric distribution inspection and maintenance programs of moderate scope and complexity and providing support to field and department staff. Responsibilities may include : performing analysis and developing recommendations to address programs and / or cost performance. Assignments may include creating complex project schedules, preparing cost reports, analyzing data and preparing ad-hoc reporting for project management.

Job Responsibilities

• Schedule Management : develop and maintain program schedules, including identifying areas where mitigating actions are necessary. Perform analysis and work with stakeholders on program performance. Participate in program management discussions and utilize available data to make recommendations to influence decisions
• Cost Management : analyze reports and discuss cost performance with stakeholders. Review actual costs, prepare forecasts for multiple programs, and identify areas where mitigating actions are necessary. Participate in cost management discussions and make recommendations to influence decisions
• Work with and oversee contractors performing inspection and maintenance work

Pay Range

Minimum : $66,898.00 Pay Range Maximum : $132,708.94 The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum for the position at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. The starting salary / pay within the pay range will be based on several factors, as applicable, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, shift, travel requirements, collective bargaining agreements, and business and organizational needs.
