Job Title : System Administrator

Job Overview :

A system administrator will be responsible for the maintenance, configuration, and reliable operation of our computer systems, servers, local and virtual network infrastructures and AWS cloud infrastructures. You will play a critical role in ensuring the stability, security, and efficiency of our IT environment, enabling our company to achieve its strategic goals.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Infrastructure Management : Install, configure, manage, and maintain physical and virtual servers, operating systems (Windows Server, Linux), and related local network and cloud-based infrastructure.
• User & Access Control

Manage user accounts, permissions, and access rights within Active Directory and other systems to ensure security and operational integrity.

Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and Wi-Fi networks to ensure seamless connectivity and performance.

Develop, implement, and manage robust backup and disaster recovery solutions to ensure data integrity and business continuity. Regularly test backup and restore procedures.

Serve as a key point of contact for diagnosing and resolving complex hardware, software, and network issues. Provide timely and effective support to end users.

Manage the lifecycle of IT hardware and software assets, including procurement, deployment, and license compliance.
