Work across two trauma centers (Level III & Level IV)

Only 120 hrs / month (1440 hrs / year) Achieve work-life balance

Compensation & Benefits

W2 Employed

Base Salary : $390K

Earning Potential : $460K $550K+

Signing Bonus : $60K

Resident Stipend : $24K

Student Loan Forgiveness : $100K over 5 years

Up to $300K in incentives (4-tiered bonus structure)

CME : $5K + 6 Weeks PTO
