Overview
Visual Merchandising Specialist | Columbus Circle NYC
Location : Columbus Circle, NYC. This role focuses on executing visual merchandising (VM) strategies and standards to optimize guest experiences on the sales floor.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with store leadership to bring VM presentation and guest experience to life on the floor.
- Implement brand standards in key product stories, product placement, and store navigation to deliver a world-class guest-centric experience.
- Execute product presentation in accordance with company standards to enhance guest experience and drive store sell-through.
- Perform VM changes, including window activations, mannequin styling, signage, labels updates, and seasonal or weekly merchandise changes, as directed.
- Engage with guests on the floor to assess needs, provide technical product education, and integrate omnichannel programs into the guest experience.
- Provide on-the-spot feedback and training related to brand standards, product placement, and visual display techniques to support team development.
- Contribute to an inclusive team environment by building supportive working relationships with teammates.
Qualifications & Requirements
Must be legally authorized to work in the country where the store is located.Ability to travel to the assigned store with reliable transportation (as needed).Schedule & Availability
Schedule varies based on store needs; shifts typically include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays.During peak periods or events, early mornings or late nights may be required for some employees.Experience & Education
1 year of retail or sales experience.Some education or experience with visual merchandising, fashion merchandising, graphic design, interior design, space planning, or related fields.Nice-to-Have (Assets)
Education : High school diploma / GED / equivalent; design-related training or degree is a plus.Experience in retail product merchandising, visual merchandising, or inventory management; project management experience.For experiential stores with food / beverage service : food safety and / or liquor service certification (where applicable).What We Look For

Store environment may include bright lights and loud music on the floor.Team-based work with some independent tasks and use of computers or devices.Physical activity includes moving boxes, fixtures, and mannequins up to 30 lbs; may involve bending, reaching, and ladders.Compensation & Benefits
