Our client, a highly respected personal injury firm, is looking for a skilled Trial Attorney to take the lead on complex, high-value cases. What Youll Do :

Take ownership of significant personal injury cases from intake through trial in NC District and Superior Courts

Build winning strategies through investigation, discovery, motion practice, and expert collaboration

Conduct depositions, manage negotiations, and argue motions with confidence

Present cases at trial, including direct / cross examinations and persuasive jury advocacy

Guide clients through the litigation process with clarity and compassion

Share knowledge with junior attorneys and contribute to a high-performing litigation team

What Were Looking For :

J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school

Licensed and in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (South Carolina admission a plus)

5+ years of plaintiff-side litigation experience in NC courts

Strong trial record and ability to manage cases independently

Mastery of civil procedure, litigation tactics, and courtroom advocacy

Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with poise under pressure
