Position Overview :
We are seeking an experienced 3PL Sales Director to lead our U.S. expansion, driving enterprise
sales and building a high-performing sales team. This role combines strategic leadership with
hands-on business development, leveraging the company’s infrastructure to dominate the bulky goods
fulfillment market (e.g., furniture, fitness equipment, appliances).
Key Responsibilities :
1. Drive enterprise sales for mid-to-large e-commerce brands, wholesalers, and DTC retailers.
2. Promote cost-saving fulfillment solutions (vs. Amazon FBA) and end-to-end
logistics(ocean freight to last-mile).
3. Recruit, train, and manage a team of 1099 sales reps, optimizing a 10% profit pool (retain
10%personally).
4. Leverage 15 U.S. warehouses to expand regional market share.
5. Attend trade shows, build C-level relationships, and negotiate custom deals.
Qualifications :
1. 5+ years in 3PL sales leadership (FedEx, UPS, or similar).
2. Proven success in enterprise logistics sales and warehouse monetization.
3. Strong grasp of e-commerce fulfillment (inventory, carriers, multi-channel).
4. Experience managing 1099 sales teams and closing complex deals.
5. Preferred : Connections in furniture, home goods, or outdoor equipment.
Compensation & Perks :
1. $150K base + 20% profit pool (retain 10%, allocate 10% to team).
2. Lead growth for a ToTop 100 FedEx Partner with 21 global hubs.
