ChristianaCare Wilmington Hospital is looking to hire an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to work in our newly renovated Medical Observation Unit.

Unit Information

3 Medical Observation Unit (3MOU) is an 8-bed unit dedicated to the care of adult medical patients admitted under observation status. Common diagnoses include, but are not limited to, ruling out stroke, syncope, and chest painconditions that require further evaluation and testing beyond the Emergency Department. As an observation-only unit, 3MOU offers a dynamic, fast-paced environment characterized by high patient turnover. The average length of stay typically falls between 12-32 hours. Patients who require inpatient care will be transitioned from 3MOU to the appropriate inpatient unit. Team members on 3MO will also have the opportunity to cross-train on 3 West, Wilmington Hospitals 9-bed cardiac care unit. 3 West focuses on the care of short-stay patients with primary cardiac diagnoses, offering staff a diverse and enriching clinical experience.

Education & Experience Requirements :

Hourly Pay Range : $41.28 - $66.05This pay rate / range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
