Key Responsibilities
Support members with their pharmacy benefit plans through inbound calls
Assist with prescription insurance, medication coverage, and mail order prescriptions
Provide solutions to simplify healthcare experiences for members
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent experience
1+ year of experience in customer interaction (call center, retail, or similar)
Computer proficiency in Windows-based applications
Previous pharmacy call center experience preferred (3 years)
6+ months of healthcare experience preferred
