You will beshapingdesign projects from conceptionthroughexecution, ensuring thatthecreativesolutions we providemeetand exceedthestrategic and communicationsneeds of ourpredominantly media and entertainmentclientele.

Key Responsibilities :

• Drivethe design process forvarious projects, including digital, print,videoand branding initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing,sales,product development, and project management.
• Develop innovative design solutions that engageaudiencesandaddressbrand challenges.
• Mentor and guide junior designers, providing feedback and fostering asupportive, growth-orientedwork environment.
• Stay current with design trends and industry best practices, integrating new ideasand toolsetsinto projects.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.
• Present design concepts and proposals to stakeholders and clients, effectively communicating your vision and rationale.
