Clay Cooley Mitsubishi of Arlington is seeking an experienced, professional, and driven Finance & Insurance Producer to join us in supporting our sales staff and customers.

This individual must possess a strong focus on compliance requirements while providing transparent knowledge of product features and benefits.

Job functions include but not limited to :

• Provides assistance to customers by acquiring financial solutions, obtaining rates, and corresponding with banks regarding loans and other financial matters related to the purchase of the vehicle.
• Provides customers with a thorough overview of aftermarket products, extended vehicle service contracts, manufacturer and dealership services, and finance procedures and policies.

The F&I Producer collaborates with customers to create a potential referral source.

• Obtains credit decisions, proposes deals to lenders for approval and assists with the sales process. The F&I Producer submits finance and lease transactions accurately and ensures 100% compliance with all state and federal laws and regulations.
• Maintains excellent working relationships to secure competitive interest rates and financing programs with lending institutions.

The F&I Producer assures expeditious funding of all contracts.

Sets and achieves targeted sales objectives. The F&I Producer ensures deals are structured to achieve the highest profitability.

Employee Prerequisites :

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• 2 years of automotive sales experience and 1 year in a finance position. Pay based on experience.
• Flexible schedule
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Capability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and correspondence, communicate effectively with employees, managers, and customers.
