A company is looking for a Manager Engineering (Healthcare Solutions).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement long-term software architecture strategy aligned with company objectives
Manage staff performance through coaching, assessment, and mentoring
Ensure compliance with HIPAA standards and oversee the development of security plans
Required Qualifications
BS in Computer Science or equivalent
2+ years of development experience with Java Springboot and / or Python
5 years of experience leading development projects with object-oriented languages or data warehousing
7+ years of experience in IT industry business operations
Preference for 3+ years in an agile environment, particularly with SAFe
