Business Development Specialists identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements.

What does a Restoration Business Development Specialist with Paul Davis do?

• Professionally represent the Paul Davis principles of honesty and integrity
• Monitor revenue streams and identify opportunities to increase profitability
• Evaluate and improve sales, marketing, and branding strategies
• Develop client relationships and strengthen industry partnerships through office visits, organized events, and cold calling
• Identify new clients by researching and creating networking opportunities
• Organize and schedule a calendar of consistent business-to-business visits
• Utilize marketing technology software to upload contacts to the CRM, send email campaigns, customize and print marketing collateral, track sales calls, leads, referrals, and notes
• Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
• Monitor, interpret, and respond to lead sources
• Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
