Maintenance Worker Opportunity

Kelly Services is seeking a maintenance worker for a busy property management company located in Orlando, FL. Pay is $20 / hour. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 8am to 4pm. This is a temp to hire position.

Key responsibilities include :

• Routine and preventive maintenance : Perform scheduled upkeep on buildings and grounds, including cleaning, painting, and landscaping.
• Repairs : Fix issues with plumbing, electrical systems, appliances, and HVAC systems.
• Emergency response : Be available to handle urgent repair requests, even outside of normal business hours.
• Inspections : Conduct regular property inspections to identify potential problems and ensure compliance with safety codes.
• Tenant communication : Respond to and document tenant maintenance requests.
• Logistics and documentation : Keep a maintenance log, report issues to management, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Vendor coordination : Assist in locating and coordinating with external contractors for major projects, such as large-scale electrical or plumbing work.
