The Medical Director will work collaboratively with clinic leaders (Medical, Dental and Behavioral Health) to ensure compliance with clinic policies, procedures and protocols. The Medical Director will dedicate 70 - 80% of their time to direct patient care and 20 - 30% to administrative leadership. Access professional development resources and educational programs offered by different facilities, staying updated with the latest medical practices and guidelines. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and specialists across various healthcare settings, gaining insights and perspectives that enrich your professional practice. Engage with peers and colleagues in collaborative learning environments, sharing insights, best practices, and innovative approaches to patient care.
