Position Summary :
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for the direct oversight of an assigned work team on a designated account and on a designated shift. Employee is further responsible for ensuring that productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that front-line employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the Company, by our clients, and by regulatory authorities.
The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for organizing, maintaining inventory. Requires a close attention to detail, the ability to conduct moderate to heavy physical labor, and strong organizational skills. A Stockroom Lead checks for shipment accuracy, stocks or restocks items in the warehouse. Compiles supply kits.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in unloading, unpacking, and organizing inventory in the warehouse or stockroom
- Replenish stock and remove defective or expired items
- Support inventory accuracy and loss prevention efforts
- Prepare overstock or defective items for return shipment
- Follow safety procedures, especially when lifting or moving heavy items
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

High school diploma or GED required.Must be at least 21 years of ageMust have a valid driver license for at least a year and no points on the driving record in the last two yearsExperience in aviation in a supervisor level preferred.Must have one (1) year of supervisory experience.Experience working in the aviation industry preferredLanguage Skills :
Ability to communicate effectively in the English language. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and procedure manuals, and handbooks.Ability to effectively present information, including in written form, and respond to questions from passengers, managers, clients, customers, and the general public.Computer Skills :
Basic understanding of computer software programs, including Microsoft Office.Reasoning Ability :
