A company is looking for a Lead Specialist, Payments Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary contact for internal and external Commercial Payments customers, providing support for inquiries related to Treasury Management services
Coordinate with Implementation Specialists for customer product implementations and training
Manage and process all customer requests, ensuring timely and efficient handling of inquiries
Required Qualifications :
1-3 years of experience in commercial payments and / or banking, preferably in a business / commercial setting
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to manage projects from inception to implementation
Experience with PC-based hardware and software, including Microsoft Office suite
Unrestricted work authorization without future sponsorship requirements
