Director of Business Development

Overview

Recruitment Consultant - Fundamental Research & Investment Banking. The firm specializes in alternative investments including private equity, real estate, hedge funds, and venture capital. The role is to help expand the network and drive client engagement across single-family offices and multi-family offices.

In this role, you will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with SFOs, MFOs, and other ultra-high-net-worth investors, developing and executing a business development strategy to raise assets and broaden the client base, and collaborating closely with the investment and leadership teams to align marketing and fundraising strategies. You will also represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and private networking opportunities, while providing insights into client needs and industry trends to inform product development and positioning. The position can be fully remote, though the firm is headquartered in Boston, offering flexibility while enabling a direct impact on the growth of a boutique investment platform.

Key responsibilities
