BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & STRATEGY PROGRAM MANAGER

Status : Regular Full-time Exempt

Location : Anchorage AK

Job Summary : The Business Development & Strategy Program Manager is responsible for driving organizational growth by identifying developing and executing strategic business opportunities within the environmental and engineering industry. This role supports both federal and commercial clients with a strong emphasis on federal contracting and portfolio management in Alaska. The position partners closely with leadership proposal teams and subject matter experts to expand market presence strengthen client relationships and advance long-term strategic objectives.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Champion Aleut values : accountability transparency and rigor.
• Identify evaluate and pursue new business opportunities and emerging markets within federal and commercial sectors.
• Develop and execute business development strategies that align with organizational goals and long-term growth plans.
• Build strengthen and maintain trusted relationships with clients partners and key stakeholders.
• Lead proposal development efforts including strategy formulation team coordination and final submission.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth initiatives and ensure alignment across departments.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends risks and strategic opportunities.
• Manage and track sales pipeline activity providing regular reporting on performance metrics and forecasts.
• Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking engagements to enhance visibility and expand partnerships.
• Work closely with subject matter experts to support the execution of environmental projects for federal and commercial clients with emphasis on Alaska-based federal portfolios.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
