Inside Sales Executive
We are looking for a driven and customer-focused Inside Sales Executive with 1-2 years of experience in the jewelry sector or e-commerce. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on connecting with customers, has a knack for building relationships, and understands the nuances of selling high-value items online.
Key responsibilities include :
- Customer Engagement : Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone, providing expert guidance on diamonds and fine jewelry.
- Online Sales : Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend products that align with their style and budget.
- Product Expertise : Stay updated on jewelry trends, product details, and Rare Carat offerings to educate and assist customers effectively.
- CRM Maintenance : Log customer interactions and manage sales pipelines using CRM tools.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to enhance the customer experience and resolve issues efficiently.
Qualifications :
1-2 years of experience in inside sales, jewelry retail, or e-commerce.In-depth knowledge of diamonds, gemstones, and fine jewelry is a strong plus.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric approach.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite (or Google Workspace).Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
