About This Role

Join our team at The Associated Clinic of Psychology as a Medical Records Associate! We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our busy mental healthcare practice. In this role, you'll play a vital part in ensuring accurate, timely medical records management while delivering exceptional patient-centered care.

What You'll Do

  • Scan and upload documents to client accounts in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system
  • Organize and sort client visit questionnaires
  • Process Release of Information requests in full compliance with HIPAA and state / federal regulations
  • Manage incoming faxes and emails with prompt, professional responses
  • Review files for upcoming appointments and ensure all paperwork is current
  • Provide excellent customer service via phone and email

What We're Looking For

Required :

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1+ year of medical records auditing experience
  • Computer proficiency and ability to learn new software systems
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

    • Dependable, flexible team player with excellent prioritization skills
