Core Hours : 9 AM - 1 PM PST / 12 - 4 PM EST

Role Summary

We\'re looking for a hands-on, player-coach Ad Operations Manager to lead and mentor a small team of AdOps Specialists while rolling up their sleeves as needed to support complex campaigns and troubleshoot issues. This person will play a critical role in campaign execution, team development, and process optimization, all while fostering a positive, performance-driven culture.

What You\'ll Do

• Manage end-to-end execution of CTV and programmatic campaigns, ensuring accurate setup, pacing, and delivery.
• Serve as AdOps lead on key accounts and strategic partner to Client Success and Sales teams.
• Supervise and coach 2–3 AdOps Specialists; deliver training, performance feedback, and mentorship.
• Step into execution mode during high-volume periods or technical escalations.
• Diagnose and resolve campaign delivery issues including underdelivery, overdelivery, and discrepancies.
• Lead training sessions on optimization and troubleshooting best practices.
• Ensure accurate QA and trafficking processes are followed.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements in internal workflows and documentation.
