Job Location : Dallas, TX This position is hybrid located in our Frisco, TX office. ROLE OVERVIEW : We are seeking a highly driven and visionary Product Manager to join our Supply Chain Procurement and Planning team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, this role will be instrumental in building innovative, data-driven products that transform how we plan, procure, and optimize our supply chain operations. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of taking products from 0 to 1 with minimal oversight. You will work at the intersection of AI / ML, UX design, and supply chain domain expertise to deliver impactful solutions that drive business outcomes.

ACCOUNTABILITIES :

• End-to-End Product Ownership : Lead the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, including discovery, roadmap development, and PRD creation. Deliver user-centric goals that meet business goals
• AI / ML-Driven Product Strategy : Collaborate with data science and engineering teams to integrate predictive models and intelligent automation to increase efficiency and enable smarter decision-making
• UX Vision and Journey Mapping : Understand the business journey, define requirements, and translate requirements into UX prototypes to gain approval and drive adoption and satisfaction
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with business, data science, and engineering to align product vision with business needs. Ensuring product relevance and stakeholder buy-in throughout development
• Continuous Discovery and Optimization : Continuously reviewing product roadmaps and strategies to leveraging data insights to maintain product agility and responsiveness to evolving business challenges
