Auto-refraction systems, Optos California, OCT, Fundus camera
Electrophysiology (VEP / ERG), Topography, B-scan, HFA
Streamlined tech support and strong optician team

What Youll Do

Provide warm, efficient, high-quality patient care

Perform comprehensive eye exams; diagnose & treat ocular disease

Educate patients on eye health and preventive care

Collaborate with and mentor exceptional support staff

Contribute to a positive, patient-centric culture

What You Bring

Doctor of Optometry; licensed (or license-eligible) in CA

Glaucoma certification required ; strong pathology experience

Spanish bilingual preferred

Availability MondayFriday

Excellent communication, teamwork, and a growth mindset

Willingness to learn new optical products and make tailored recommendations

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $160,000

Retention Bonus : $10,000 paid after 1 year of continuous employment

Relocation stipend : $3,000

401(k) with 3.5% match
