• Answer inbound calls, educate clients on services, and convert inquiries into bookings.
• Greet patients, provide a premium experience, and offer next-step treatment options.
• Conduct post-treatment check-ins with patients to reinforce results and suggest maintenance packages.
• Manage schedules, follow up with leads, and track conversions in our system.
• Collaborate with providers to ensure excellent patient experience.
