Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Specialist located in Dayton, OH. The Front Office Specialist will handle daily tasks such as managing phone calls with proper phone etiquette, appointment follow up, providing excellent customer service, and performing receptionist duties. Effective communication with clients and internal staff is essential.

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and Problem Solving Skills
• Strong Customer Service and Receptionist abilities
• Effective Communication
• Proficiency in computer applications and working online
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are a plus
• Previous experience in a front office role preferred
