Job descriptionCareer Enhancing Training Competitive Compensation Employee referral bonus Assist with mobility, walking, and physical therapy exercises Promoting independence in daily activities, such as work, learning, and leisure. Facilitate the individual's inclusion in the community's experiences and activities. Maintaining knowledge of individual's requirements. Complying with the Agency's policies and procedures. Maintaining documentation in compliance with the Agency's procedures Additional duties upon request Previous experience in a DSP or similar role. High School Diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent CPR, and first aid certification. Completion of provided Agency training Valid drivers license and reliable transportation and valid vehicle insurance as specified by the MD Ability to adhere to all health and safety guidelines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to stand proactively and physically support the individual Capable of using, smart phone capable Compassionate, respectful, ethical, honest Must be able to pass background check and drug screening
