Your new role

You will be responsible for leading a team of electrical staff engineers and overseeing the completion of waste water projects. Guide to staff engineers throughout the process of construction submittal review

What you'll need to succeed

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a closely related discipline.
• 10-20 years of consulting engineering experience with power and control system design / construction.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Experience being the lead engineer on projects and managing / mentoring staff level engineers.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn.
• Water / Wastewater municipal experience in a consulting environment.
• Proficiency in the preparation of plans and specifications related to power distribution, lighting, control systems, etc.
• Professional Engineering License in New York State (preferred).
