We're seeking a strategic and driven Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor to lead recruitment efforts across a variety of rolesincluding leadership positions. You'll play a pivotal role in fueling our growth by attracting top-tier talent and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

You'll have the opportunity to :

• Develop and execute comprehensive search strategies to attract a variety of positions including senior-level talent across various business units.
• Partner with senior leaders and hiring managers to understand role needs, define role requirements, and align recruitment efforts with business goals.
• Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, networks, and tools to identify and engage passive candidates. Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate leadership capabilities, cultural fit, and potential.
• Proactively share key market intelligence to Client Groups and HR Business Partners and develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a high-touch and professional experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Ensure recruitment activities comply with EEO, OFCCP, and other applicable federal state and local employment laws.
• Maintain accurate and auditable documentation of candidate communications, interview feedback, and hiring decisions.
