Required Skills & Qualifications

Required Skills & Experience :

5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Developer.

Experience with ADF (Azure Data Factory) and Databricks or understanding of data pipeline workflows.

Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components (Aura / LWC), SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.

Experience with Salesforce administration, including security, roles / profiles, workflows, and data models.

Experience in technical design and solution architecture within Salesforce.

Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and governor limits.

Experience working with Agile / Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I / II, Administrator, App Builder).

Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.) and external APIs.

Experience in multi-cloud environments or data modernization projects.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Design and develop scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform.

Implement and maintain Salesforce custom objects, workflows, process builders, flows, triggers, Apex classes, Visualforce pages, and Lightning components.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement solutions across Salesforce and integrated platforms.

Translate business requirements into technical design documents.

Perform Salesforce administration tasks, including user setup, role / profile management, and system configuration.

Work with data teams to integrate Salesforce with ADF / Databricks pipelines (as needed).

Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment activities.

Provide ongoing support and enhancements post-deployment.
