Pay Range: $50.00 - $58.00 Per Hour

Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Administrator with extensive experience in Salesforce Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, focusing on developing and managing intricate Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain custom solutions, enhance user experience on Salesforce platforms, and ensure seamless integration with other applications. This role is pivotal in building and maintaining scalable case management systems and optimizing user-facing Experience Cloud sites for our central Salesforce team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain solutions across Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds.
• Optimize case management systems with tracking capabilities.
• Manage and enhance user-facing Experience Cloud sites.
• Develop using the Lightning Framework, including components and design systems.
• Lead technical analysis and application customizations on the Salesforce.com platform, adhering to best practices in CI/CD and automation.

Must-Have Skills:

• 5+ years of Salesforce Development experience, utilizing Apex, Visualforce, Lightning component frameworks, triggers, batch Apex, and Salesforce APIs.
• Experience with managing and enhancing Experience Cloud sites and with CI/CD pipelines and build processes.
• Experience leading the design, automation, deployment, and support of large-scale infrastructure

Industry Experience:

• Prior experience in Salesforce platform administration and development, specifically within Sales, Service, and Experience Clouds, is required for this role.
