Required Qualifications
12+ years of experience in compensation, benefits, or total rewards with leadership experience
Deep expertise in broad-based and executive compensation, including equity programs
Strong understanding of global mobility, pay equity, and compliance considerations
Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategy
A builder's mindset, comfortable with designing for scale and leading change
