Global Supply Chain Contracts Analyst
You will be the Global Supply Chain Contracts Analyst for the SOF Global Logistics Support Services team. Our team is responsible for delivering mission-critical logistics, sustainment, and contract support to U.S. Special Operations Forces.
As the Global Supply Chain Contracts Analyst you will be responsible for providing specialized contract guidance and managing terms and conditions for SOF programs. Your responsibilities will include :
- Manage the terms and conditions flow for SOF and support the organization's T&C process.
- Facilitate negotiations with functional / programmatic SMEs and suppliers to close agreements.
- Create SOF-specific flow-down documents in collaboration with Legal.
- Interpret regulations and contract language to ensure compliance and resolve conflicts.
- Develop and maintain tools, training, and processes for corporate and business-area agreements.

Basic Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related fieldExperience in contract / terms and conditions, negotiations and interpretation (supplier or customer facing)Experience in contract negotiations for Commercial / Noncommercial AgreementsExperience with US Government Contracting and the associated regulations (Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and the Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Supplement (DFARS)) or Contract Law experience in another highly regulated industryDOD Secret Clearance (Interim required to start)Desired Skills :
Legal experience or education, such as a JDExperienced and effective communicator (written, verbal and presentation)Prior DOD Contracting ExperienceExperience rapidly analyzing, resolving, and negotiating supplier exceptions to terms and conditionsExperience in Federal procurement law and the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC)Experience with Master License AgreementsExperience within a buying or compliance role with a detailed awareness of buyer needsExperience in data analytics and / or process improvementDemonstrates sound judgment and navigates through complex situations with diplomacyDemonstrated ability to work in a team environment and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partnersAbility to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously, resolve complex issues, develop negotiation strategies, and provide creative solutionsPrior Experience with Lockheed Martin Acquisition Procedures, Corpdocs, and applicable tools (i.e. SBM, SAP, etc.)Ability to work independently, establish priorities, meet deadlines with minimal supervision, and influence internal and external business partners / customersThis position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
