Responsibilities

The Senior Regional Quality Manager is the senior representative of the Quality Management program within their region, responsible for driving, promoting, and improving quality culture and practices across all project teams. This role partners with construction operations leadership to embed quality into every phase of the project lifecyclefrom preconstruction through closeout and warrantyensuring consistent implementation, continual improvement, and alignment with the company's national quality strategy. The Senior Regional Quality Manager collaborates closely with both national leadership and regional operations leadership, balancing priorities to achieve program excellence.

Salary Range Information

Base Salary Range : $139,000-171,000 The range stated is specific to Boston . Placement within the listed range depends on many factors including, but not limited to years of experience, project size capability (for Construction & Field roles) and internal company equity.
