• References (3) required.
• County Criminal check (7 years for all counties lived and worked) required.
• Federal Criminal check (7 years or more) required.
• Multi-State Criminal Search (7 years or more) required.
• Nationwide Sex Offender Search (7 years or more) required.
• HHS / OIG Search required.
• GSA Search required.
• Social Security Number Trace required.
• 2 Step PPD or Quantiferon or proof of positive PPD and chest X-ray required.
• SAM Search required.
• State Background Check required.
