Overview

This role is with STQ Partners, partnering with a leading global manufacturer of bearings. We are looking for a Dallas-based Sales Engineer in the bearings sector who will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients (end users and distribution partners), develop sales strategies, and achieve sales targets across Dallas and Fort Worth. The base pay range is $100,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr.

Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities in the bearings sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients (end users and distribution partners).
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets in Dallas and Fort Worth.
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to align on customer needs and solutions.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B & B2C sales, in the engineered products space.
  • Deep knowledge of bearings products.
  • High energy, proactive, and self-directed with the ability to work remotely.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Hunter mentality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

    • Compensation and Benefits

  • Base pay range : $100,000.00 / yr - $120,000.00 / yr.
  • In addition to salary and bonus, there is an $8,800 car allowance.
  • Medical insurance and 401(k).
