A leading global financial institution is expanding its operations team and seeking a Loan & Data Administration Analyst to join its credit and data management function.

This team plays a critical role in maintaining data accuracy and process integrity across multiple financial systems. The ideal candidate will combine analytical strength with operational precision — someone who enjoys ensuring that complex financial data is clean, consistent, and reliable.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage loan and reference data setup and maintenance across internal systems and external providers
• Process transactions, validate investment data, and perform regular reconciliations
• Collaborate with operations, technology, and reporting teams to improve data governance and controls
• Support new system implementations and enhancements to streamline credit data workflows
• Develop reporting dashboards and insights using Excel, Power BI, or similar tools
• Participate in data quality initiatives, audits, and cross-functional projects
