seeking a BC / BE fellowship trained endocrinologist, to join our

team of physicians at Baptist Health Louisville. Our team is

actively recruiting for a physician who would like to practice

outpatient.

Practice has 4 physicians, 2 APRN, and dedicated support staff

Diabetes educator and dietitian are available

Clinic hours are Monday through Friday 8am to

4 : 30pm

Imaging, Full Lab, Retail Pharmacy, Physical
