Role Requirements for an Entry Level Sales Representative

Connect with residential customers through Lumen’s outreach campaign, introducing fiber internet, TV, and phone solutions that fit their needs.

Present Lumen’s services clearly and confidently, making features and pricing easy to understand—even if you’ve never explained bandwidth before.

Build rapport, listen actively, and offer smart recommendations that simplify service decisions and add real value.

Work toward sales goals with energy, enthusiasm, and a customer-first mindset—even when someone asks if fiber is a breakfast option.

Collaborate with teammates to share wins, swap insights, and keep the Lumen campaign running strong.
