Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls to resolve billing and payment issues
Provide information to patients / account holders in a professional manner
Follow client-specific protocols and investigate client inquiries as needed
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role
Knowledge of medical terminology, patient billing, and healthcare administration preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
Flexibility in scheduling, including evening and Saturday work as needed
