Steve Vinklarek - State Farm Agency, located in West Lake Hill (Austin, TX) has an immediate opening for a full-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative.

Must have recent state farm experience and an active Property and Casualty license.

We are offering :

• Offering up to $1,000 sign on bonus for the right candidate
• Use of our company vehicle a 2022 Hyndai Ioniq (approx 60 mpg)
• Flexible schedule - 1 remote day per week
• Will also consider a relocation incentive for qualified candidates!

The main role is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries, maintain high customer satisfaction and support our awesome sales team! Ideal candidate is a professional with a great attitude.

Someone with an outgoing, energetic, vivacious personality! Someone who has 'never met a stranger,' has stellar computer skills, the ability to multi-task, works well with their peers, and has a true passion for helping others.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Answer phones and greet clients.
• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service every day!
