LECOM Health is seeking a compassionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner (NP) to provide high-quality, patient-centered care across our Institute for Successful Living and affiliated facilities. Working collaboratively with physicians, you'll play a key role in diagnosing, treating, and supporting patients with both acute and chronic conditions in diverse care settings.

What You'll Do :

• Provide comprehensive care to senior adult patients, including assessments, preventive care, diagnosis, and treatment.
• Conduct physicals, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop individualized care plans.
• Prescribe medications, monitor treatments, and maintain accurate records.
• Deliver palliative and supportive care to enhance patients comfort and quality of life.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional standards of safety, quality, and patient rights.
• Work several days per week in the clinic and round in a nursing home on other day(s).
